Delete your account

In the app

• Open Stocked and go to the Set up tab.
• Scroll to your account and tap Delete my account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you're the admin of a household that has other people in it, you'll be asked to hand admin to someone else first, so the household isn't left without one.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your name, email address and sign-in details.
• Your membership of every household.
• Any household where you were the only member, with all its lists.
• Your notification settings and the notification tokens for your phones.
• If you used Sign in with Apple, Stocked's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

Lists in households you shared with other people stay with those households, because they belong to everyone in them.

Can't get into the app?

Email support@lakelandsoftware.ie from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
