Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Stocked app and website, provided by Lakeland Software in Ireland. By using Stocked you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google, and you need to be at least 16. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your phone and your Apple or Google account secure.
Households
A household is shared by everyone in it. Anyone in a household can see and change its lists. Each household has one admin, who can invite and remove people and hand the admin role to someone else. Only invite people you're happy to share your household's lists with.
Stocked Plus
Stocked is free to use. Stocked Plus is an optional subscription that adds extras: more than one occasion list at a time, running more than one household, a shopper's trip live on your lock screen, bigger and lock screen widgets, and quiet hours for notifications.
- Plus costs €2.99 a month or €24.99 a year, or the equivalent in your local currency as shown in the App Store before you buy. New subscribers get a one-month free trial.
- Payment is taken by Apple through your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Plus belongs to the person who pays for it and covers every household they're the admin of, for everyone in them. If the admin role moves to someone else, the household moves with it and is only covered if the new admin has Plus.
- When Plus ends, nothing is deleted or locked. Your households and lists keep working, and the Plus extras switch off.
- We may give Plus away through promo codes or gifts. These last for the time stated when they are given, can't be exchanged for money, and we may withdraw a code that is being misused.
If we change the price of Plus, Apple will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. Purchases through the App Store are also covered by Apple's standard licence terms.
Using Stocked fairly
Please don't:
- use Stocked for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone;
- try to get into other people's households or accounts, or interfere with the service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Your content
What you put in Stocked is yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you and your household. How we handle it is explained in our privacy policy.
The service
We work to keep Stocked running smoothly, but it's provided “as is”, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Stocked helps you keep track of things; it's up to you to check what you actually have before relying on it. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Lakeland Software isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Stocked. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Stocked and delete your account at any time. If you have Stocked Plus, cancel the subscription in your iPhone's settings as well, because deleting your account doesn't stop Apple billing you.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
